You can access the Fleet Console at: https://www.meterapp.co/fleet/console.

Using the Trip Summary Page

1. Filtering Trips by Date and Driver

  • Use the date selector at the top to filter trips within a specific period (e.g., last 12 months, custom date ranges).

  • The driver filter allows you to focus on a specific driver's trips, helping you review individual performance.

2. Reviewing Fleet Performance Metrics

The summary section provides key statistics for your fleet based on the selected filters:

  • Total Driving Hours - The cumulative driving time for all trips within the selected period.

  • Number of Trips - The total number of trips completed by your fleet.

  • Distance Driven - The total distance covered by your fleet.

3. Viewing and Managing Individual Trips

Below the summary, you'll find a detailed list of trips completed by your fleet. Each trip entry includes:

  • Driver Name & Initials

  • Trip Type - The fare type used for the trip.

  • Trip Date & Time

  • Fare Amount - The total amount charged for the trip.

4. Managing Trips

  • If you need to remove a trip from your records, each entry includes a "Delete" button.

  • This is useful for correcting errors or removing test trips.

  • Drivers can also request to void a trip from the trip details page. Fleet managers can approve or reject void requests. See Fleet Accounting and Trip Voids for details.

5. Exporting Fleet Trip Data

To generate a report, click "Download Trip CSV" to export trip data as a spreadsheet.

6. Driver Productivity Metrics

Fleet managers can view detailed driver productivity metrics from the Driver Performance page, accessible directly from the fleet sidebar. This includes utilization rates, working vs idle time, trips per shift, average trip duration, and revenue per hour for each driver. Use the date range picker and driver filter to focus on specific periods or individuals.
