Meter Pro for All Fleet Members

All drivers in your fleet get full access to Meter Pro features, including custom fares, trip history exports, and more.

Fleet Website

Every fleet gets a public website where riders can view your fleet, see reviews, and book trips directly online.

Bookings

Riders can schedule trips in advance through your fleet website or rider app. Fleet managers can view and manage all upcoming bookings from the Fleet Console.

Driver Dispatch

Fleet managers can assign trips to drivers directly. The Dispatch Dashboard gives you a complete operational view with driver availability, scheduled rides, and live vehicle status. Use the capacity planner, ride queue, and availability finder to coordinate your team throughout the day.

Driver Real-Time Location Tracking

Track the location of your drivers in real-time from the fleet tab in the app.

Custom Fare Syncing

Set your own fare rates and sync them across all drivers in your fleet.

Fleet Analytics

Track important metrics such as driver efficiency, trip frequency, and revenue from the Fleet Console.

Driver Productivity Dashboard

Monitor how your drivers are performing with detailed productivity metrics. See utilization rates, working vs idle time, trips per shift, average trip duration, and revenue per hour for each driver. Filter by date range or individual driver to identify trends and top performers.

Earnings Breakdown

View a detailed breakdown of how your fleet's gross earnings are split between driver pay, fleet revenue, and Meter Pay processing fees. Switch between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views, and toggle between total amounts and per-trip averages.

Fleet Accounting

Manage your fleet's finances from the Accounting section. View a financial summary, browse your transaction ledger, review per-driver earnings, and manage driver settlements. For more details, see Fleet Accounting and Trip Voids.

Trip Void Requests

Drivers can request to void a trip if it was started by mistake or contains errors. Fleet managers can review, approve, or reject void requests from the trip details page. For more details, see Fleet Accounting and Trip Voids.

Fleet Manager Revenue Sharing

Automatically take a percentage of all rides your drivers complete through Meter Pay.

Fleet Documents

Store and share important documents with your drivers, including insurance information and vehicle registration.

Fleet Reviews

View all rider ratings and reviews across your fleet. Drivers can view their own ratings through the My Reviews page. Your fleet's public home page automatically displays your top reviews to prospective riders.

Driver Shift Scheduling

Set recurring weekly schedules for your drivers with multiple non-overlapping shifts per day. Fleet managers can view and update each driver's availability through the Fleet Console, making it easier to plan dispatch coverage and coordinate your team.

Search Optimization

Fleet owners and admins can view a search engine performance dashboard under Analytics β†’ Search Optimization. The page shows Google Search Console metrics for your fleet's public pages, including organic clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average search position over the last 30 days. A trend chart compares current traffic with the previous period, and tables highlight your top-performing pages and search queries.

Booking Discounts

Fleet admins, owners, and the assigned driver can add discounts to active bookings. Discounts can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the booking total. Each discount can include an optional reason. Discounts can be removed before the trip is completed.

Fleet Customers

View all riders who have booked with your fleet. The Customers page (under Analytics in the sidebar) shows rider contact details, sorted by recent activity or alphabetically. Fleet managers can fill in missing rider names from the rider detail page.

Receipt Privacy

Fleet drivers can hide their personal email and phone number from rider receipts. This setting is available in Account settings under the Privacy section. For more details, see Meter Pro Features.
