1. Accessing the Trips Page
Visit Meter Trips Page.
Sign in if prompted to access your trip history.
2. Selecting a Date Range
You can filter your trips by selecting a specific date range.
Using the Quick Select Dropdown
Click on the Quick Select dropdown.
Choose a pre-set date range such as Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, Year to date, or Last year.
The list of trips will automatically update to match the selected range.
Manually Selecting a Date Range
Click on the date picker next to Quick Select.
A calendar will appear. Select your Start Date and End Date by clicking on the respective dates.
Once selected, the trip list will update accordingly.
3. Viewing Trip Details
The trip list displays each trip’s Type, Time, and Total Fare. You can scroll through the list to see your trip history within the selected date range.
4. Downloading Your Trip History as a CSV
To download a record of your trips:
Click on the Download Trip CSV button.
A CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your device.
The CSV file contains detailed trip information, including:
Start Date
End Date
Type (e.g., Demo Fare Daytime, Nighttime Fare, Black, etc.)
Distance
Surge (if applicable)
Tax Rate
Total Fare
Trip ID (for record-keeping)
5. Deleting Trips (Optional)
If needed, you can remove all your trips by clicking the Delete All Trips button.
A confirmation prompt may appear before deletion.

Q: How far back can I access my trip history?
A: You can use the Quick Select options to view trips from the past year or manually choose an older date range.
Q: What format is the trip history downloaded in?
A: The trip history is downloaded as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software.
Q: Can I download only specific trips?
A: Currently, the system allows you to filter trips by date before downloading, but individual trip selection is not available.

A: Ensure that the selected date range covers the period you are looking for. If you still don’t see your trips, try refreshing the page.
