Why can't I add a tip after a trip?

The extra tip option only appears for some trips.

You may not see it if:

  • The trip was not paid through a web link

  • The trip was paid by cash or terminal

  • A tip was already added to the trip

  • More than 4 days have passed since the trip ended

Prepaid booking trips paid online can also show the extra tip option.
