Overview
Meter now provides dedicated pages for fleet operators and drivers to view rider ratings and reviews. Fleet admins can see all reviews across the fleet, while individual drivers can view their own ratings.
Fleet Reviews (Admin/Owner Only)
Fleet admins and owners can access the Fleet Reviews page to see all rider ratings for their fleet.
How to Access
From the main navigation, open Fleet and select Fleet Reviews.
Or navigate directly to:
/app/fleet/reviews
What You'll See
Rating Distribution — A breakdown of ratings by star level (1 through 5 stars) showing how many reviews you received at each level.
Average Rating — Your fleet's overall average rating across all trips.
Total Review Count — The total number of ratings your fleet has received.
Review Table — A detailed list of all reviews, each showing:
Star rating
Rider name
Driver name
Comment (if the rider left one)
Date of the trip
A link to view the associated trip details
My Reviews (For Drivers)
Individual drivers can view all the ratings they have received from riders.
How to Access
From the sidebar, select My Reviews.
Or navigate directly to:
/app/reviews
What You'll See
Your Rating Distribution — A breakdown of your personal ratings by star level.
Your Average Rating — Your overall average rating.
Review List — All ratings you have received, with rider comments and trip dates.
Reviews on Your Fleet's Public Page
Your fleet's public home page now automatically displays a section showing your top 3 reviews. This combines in-app trip ratings with any imported Google Maps reviews, showing riders a combined average rating along with individual review cards.
Google Maps Integration
If your fleet has a linked Google Maps Place ID, a Google Maps link will appear on your fleet's public home page. This lets riders easily find your fleet's location on Google Maps.
