How Pricing Works
Meter Fleet is a fixed monthly subscription of $99 (USD) per month, regardless of how many drivers are in your fleet.
Your subscription includes full access to:
Meter Pro features for all fleet members.
Fleet website for riders to book trips online.
Bookings and driver dispatch.
Real-time driver tracking, trip history, and analytics.
Who Pays for the Fleet Subscription?
The fleet owner is responsible for the monthly Fleet subscription. Once the subscription is active, all drivers in the fleet can use Meter at no additional cost — drivers do not need their own individual paid subscription.
You can add or remove fleet members at any time. Visit your Fleet Settings to manage your fleet roster.
When Are You Billed?
Your billing period starts on the day you first subscribed. You'll be charged the fixed monthly rate at the start of each new billing cycle.
If a payment fails, your fleet stays active while the payment is retried. Your fleet is only deactivated if the subscription is fully canceled. Riders will see a banner on your fleet page letting them know the fleet is temporarily unavailable, but your trip history and activity pages remain accessible.
Upgrading from Meter Pro to Fleet
If you currently have a Meter Pro subscription and want to upgrade to Fleet:
Your existing account and trip history carry over automatically — you do not need to rebuild anything.
Fleet adds fleet management tools (website, bookings, dispatch, real-time tracking) on top of the Pro features you already have.
Meter Pro features are included in the Fleet subscription for all fleet members.
After upgrading, your Pro subscription will be replaced by the Fleet subscription.
To upgrade, go to the Fleet section in the app or visit the Meter website to subscribe to Fleet.
