Setting your city and service area is important for your fleet to receive bookings in the correct location.
How to Set Your Service Area
Go to your Fleet Settings.
Navigate to the Service Area section.
Define your service area by setting the city and radius or by drawing a custom polygon on the map.
Save your changes.
Why This Matters
Riders can only book rides within your defined service area.
Drivers will only receive dispatch requests for trips within the service area.
If a rider tries to book outside your area, they will see an "Outside the Area" message.
