How to set zone-to-zone fleet fares across multiple areas
If your fleet operates in multiple cities or states, you can usually keep one fleet account and configure pricing by zone.
Key concept: booking options vs fare overrides
Booking options are global across your fleet (for example: X, XL, SUV, Black).
Each booking option has a default fare.
You can then add Zone-to-Zone Fare Overrides to apply different pricing by pickup/dropoff zones.
Where to configure
Open your booking settings page:
Step-by-step
Set up your booking options (X, XL, SUV, Black, etc.) and assign default fares.
Create your zones in service areas (for example: New Orleans, Myrtle Beach, airport zone).
In Zone-to-Zone Fare Overrides, add rules with:
From Zone (pickup zone)
To Zone (dropoff zone, or - for anywhere)
Booking Option (specific option or All)
Fare Override
Repeat for each area/route you want to price differently.
Example: airport zone override
Let’s say your default fares are tuned for New Orleans.
You can add Myrtle Beach airport overrides like:
From: Myrtle Beach Airport → To: - → Option: X → Fare: SC_X_Fare
From: Myrtle Beach Airport → To: - → Option: Black → Fare: SC_Black_Fare
Riders still see the same booking option names, but pricing changes based on zone rules.
When to use separate fleets
If you need completely different booking option menus by region (not just different prices), separate fleets may be a better setup.
