Why can't I screenshot the receipt or Trip Options screens?

Explains that screenshot capture on receipt and Trip Options screens is available on Meter Pro, not Free.

Why screenshot is blocked on some screens

Screenshot capture on the receipt page and Trip Options screens is disabled on the Free plan.

This is enabled on Meter Pro.

Need to share screenshots with customers?

If you need to screenshot receipts or Trip Options, upgrade to Meter Pro.

How to subscribe to Meter Pro

  1. Open the Meter app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Subscription (or Upgrade to Pro).

  4. Complete the Meter Pro purchase flow.
