1. Go to the Fleet Members Page
Visit your Fleet Members page here:
This is where you can view your existing members and send invitations to new ones.
2. Click “Invite User”
In the Invitations section, click the green Invite User button on the right-hand side.
A pop-up window will appear titled Invite User to Fleet.
3. Fill Out the Invitation Form
In the pop-up window:
Email: Enter the driver’s email address.
Role: Choose Driver from the dropdown menu.
Invitation Message (Optional): Add a personal message to include with your invitation.
4. Send the Invitation
Click Send Invitation to invite the driver.
Once sent, the invitation will appear under your Invitations list.
5. Driver Joins the Fleet
The driver will receive an email invitation to join your fleet.
After accepting the invite and completing their profile, they can sign in and start using the Meter app.
💡Tips
Double-check the email before sending the invitation.
If the driver doesn’t receive the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
You can resend or manage invitations anytime from the Invitations section.
6. Cancel a Pending Fleet Invitation
If you invited someone by mistake (or they no longer need access), you can cancel the pending invite from the same Fleet Members page:
Open the Invitations section.
Find the pending invite.
Click Cancel to remove it.
You can then send a fresh invitation to the correct driver if needed.
