Why Do I See a Route or Address Error When Booking a Trip?

This usually means Meter could not calculate a valid route between the pickup and dropoff locations.

Common reasons include:

  • One of the addresses is incomplete or incorrect

  • The pickup or dropoff pin is in the wrong place

  • There is no drivable route between the two locations

How to Fix It

  1. Double-check the pickup and dropoff addresses.

  2. Try selecting a nearby landmark or a more specific address.

  3. Make sure both locations are places a driver can reach by road.

  4. Try the booking again after updating the addresses.

If the error keeps happening, contact the fleet directly and share the addresses you are trying to use.
