I Haven't Received My Bank Transfer or Payout Yet

1. Check the Payout Status in Meter Pay

Go to your Payouts page. Look at the "Expected to arrive" date. This is when Meter Pay initiates the transfer to your bank.

2. Wait for Bank Processing

Once the expected date passes and the payout is marked as "Completed", it means the money has left Meter Pay and is now with your bank. Some banks take 1-2 additional business days to process the transfer and make the funds available in your account. Weekends and holidays can cause additional delays.

3. Want to Receive Your Earnings Sooner?

If you'd like to get paid faster instead of waiting the standard payout schedule, you can start an instant payout directly from the app. There may be a small fee for instant payouts.

How to start an instant payout:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the app

  2. Tap Digital Payments

  3. Tap Payouts

  4. Select Instant Payout to transfer your available balance to your bank right away

Your bank must support instant payouts for this option to appear.

4. Cross-Currency Payouts

If you operate in a different currency than the rider's payment, your payout amount is shown in your bank account's settled currency. Processing fees for cross-currency payments are displayed separately so you can see exactly what was charged for the currency conversion.

5. Still Don't See the Funds? Contact Your Bank

If it's been more than 2 business days since the payout was marked complete, contact your bank for assistance.

How to find the Trace ID:

  1. Click "See details" on the payout in your Meter Pay dashboard.

  2. Look for the Trace ID listed in the payout information.

  3. Provide this Trace ID to your bank and ask them to track the incoming transfer.
