How to Update Payment Information, Cancel, or Manage Your Subscription
Managing your subscription and payment information is quick and easy through the Meter app's billing portal. Follow the steps below to update your payment details, cancel your subscription, or make other changes.
Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings
Open your browser and go to:
https://www.meterapp.co/account/manage_subscriptionYou will be redirected to your Stripe billing portal, where you can securely manage your subscription details.
Step 2: Update Your Payment Information
In the billing portal, locate the Payment Methods section.
Add a new payment method or update your existing payment information.
Save your changes to ensure your subscription charges are processed with the updated details.
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription
In the billing portal, find the Subscription Details section.
Click on the option to Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Step 4: Manage Your Subscription
You can view your current plan, upcoming billing dates, and billing history in the Subscription Overview section.
If you’d like to switch to a different plan, look for the Change Plan option and follow the steps to select a new plan.
