How to Cancel Your Meter Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The steps depend on whether you have a Meter Pro or Fleet subscription, and how you originally subscribed.

Cancel a Meter Pro Subscription (App Store / Google Play)

If you subscribed to Meter Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

  1. Open the Meter app on your device.

  2. Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions to cancel your current plan.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. You won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe in the future.

Cancel a Fleet Subscription

Fleet subscriptions are a fixed monthly fee ($99/month USD) regardless of how many drivers are in your fleet. To cancel:

  1. Open the Meter app on your device.

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.

  3. Follow the instructions to cancel your Fleet plan.

When you cancel a Fleet subscription, all fleet members lose access to Fleet and Pro features at the end of the billing period. Your fleet data (trip history, settings) is preserved in case you resubscribe later.

If you subscribed through the website

If you subscribed directly on the Meter website (not through an app store), manage your subscription at: https://www.meterapp.co/account/manage_subscription

If you don't have access to your device

You can also cancel directly through your app store:

Canceling During a Free Trial

If you're in a free trial period and cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Your Pro features will remain active until the trial period expires.

Need a Refund?
