You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Meter app.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Open the Meter app on your device.

2. Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription.

4. Follow the instructions to cancel your current plan.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. You won’t be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe in the future.

In Meter App, open Settings → Manage Subscription for all subscription actions.

From that flow, you can cancel, restore missing purchases, and (on iOS) use Apple flows for refund requests and plan changes.

On Android, refund requests are handled through Google Play.
