Managing your subscription and payment information is quick and easy through the Meter app's billing portal.
Note: This ONLY applies to subscriptions made through the website, NOT through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings
Open your browser and go to: https://www.meterapp.co/account/manage_subscription
You will be redirected to your Stripe billing portal, where you can securely manage your subscription details.
Step 2: Update Your Payment Information
In the billing portal, locate the Payment Methods section.
Add a new payment method or update your existing payment information.
Save your changes.
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription
In the billing portal, find the Subscription Details section.
Click on the option to Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Step 4: Manage Your Subscription
You can view your current plan, upcoming billing dates, and billing history in the Subscription Overview section.
