Why We Can't Issue Refunds for Apple or Google Play Subscriptions
When you subscribe using an app store, your payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google, not Meter App. We can only issue refunds for subscriptions purchased directly on our Meter App website.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
Visit Apple's refund request page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Select Meter App from your list of purchases.
Choose a reason for the refund and submit the request.
How to Request a Refund from Google Play
Visit the Google Play refund page: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244
Sign in with your Google account.
Select your Meter App subscription.
Submit your refund request.
How to Check Where You Subscribed
Not sure if you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or the website? Here's how to find out:
Apple (iOS): Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. If Meter appears there, your subscription is through Apple.
Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. If Meter appears there, your subscription is through Google.
Website: If you don't see Meter in either app store's subscriptions, you likely subscribed on our website. Visit https://www.meterapp.co/account/manage_subscription to check.
Fleet Subscription Refunds
Fleet subscriptions follow the same refund process β contact the store where you originally purchased the subscription (Apple, Google Play, or Meter website). Fleet is a flat monthly fee, not charged per driver. If you cancelled and were still charged, the charge may have been for a billing cycle that was already in progress before cancellation. See How to Cancel Your Meter Subscription for details.
