How to Request a Refund for Your Meter App Subscription

If you subscribed to Meter App through Google Play or the Apple App Store, any refunds must be processed directly through those platforms. This is due to strict privacy and security policies that prevent developers from issuing refunds for purchases

Why We Can’t Issue Refunds for Apple or Google Play Subscriptions

When you subscribe using an app store, your payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google, not Meter App. As a result, we do not have access to your billing details and cannot process refunds for in‑app purchases.

We can only issue refunds for subscriptions purchased directly on our Meter App website.

How to Request a Refund from Apple

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Apple’s refund request page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. Select Meter App from your list of purchases.

  4. Choose a reason for the refund and submit the request.

Apple will review your request and follow up directly.

How to Request a Refund from Google Play

If you subscribed through Google Play, you can request a refund by:

  1. Visiting the Google Play refund page: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244

  2. Signing in with your Google account.

  3. Selecting your Meter App subscription.

  4. Submitting your refund request.

Google will process your request and contact you with updates.
