Trip history

View and export your trip history with date filtering and CSV downloads.

What this screen does

  • Shows your trips for a selected date range.

  • Lets you adjust the date range to filter which trips appear.

  • Downloads a CSV export of the visible trips.

  • Displays driver performance metrics for the selected time period.

  • Lets you open a trip to view detailed trip information.

  • Allows owners/admins to delete all trips for the account.

How to get here

  • Web: From the main navigation, go to Trips.

  • Mobile apps: This screen is web-only.

Key actions

  • Change the date range: Use the date range picker to select start and end dates.

  • Download a CSV: Select Download CSV to export the currently filtered trips.

  • Open a trip: Select any trip row to view its details.

  • Delete all trips: Select Delete All Trips and confirm the dialog.

Permissions & entitlements

  • Roles:

    • Owners/Admins can delete all trips.

    • Members can view trips and download CSVs.

  • Plan gating: Not plan-gated.

  • Feature flags: None.

Edge cases & gotchas

  • The CSV button is disabled when there are no trips in the selected range.

  • If a trip has no fare data, the total displays as N/A.

  • Date range changes update the URL so you can share filtered views.

Troubleshooting checklist

  • No trips shown? Verify the date range includes the trips you expect.

  • CSV download not working? Ensure your browser allows file downloads and pop-ups.

  • Deleting trips not available? Confirm you are signed in as an owner or admin.
