Using the Trip Summary Page
1. Filtering Trips by Date and Driver

• This allows for financial tracking, compliance reporting, and data analysis.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the total distance calculated?
The system calculates distance based on GPS tracking for each trip. If distances appear inaccurate, ensure drivers have location tracking enabled.
What happens when I delete a trip?
Deleting a trip permanently removes it from the records. This action cannot be undone, so only delete trips when necessary.
Can I restore deleted trips?
No, deleted trips cannot be recovered. If you need a backup, consider exporting your data before deleting any trips.
