If “Language” is not visible, add the language first in Settings → General → Language & Region, then return to Meter App settings.
Change the App Language on iOS
On iOS, each app can have its own preferred language—independent of the phone’s main language.
Steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down and tap on Meter App.
Tap Language or Preferred Language.
Select your desired language from the list.
Relaunch the app if prompted.
Tip:
If you don’t see a language option, make sure the language is added to your iOS device under Settings → General → Language & Region → Add Language.
Change the App Language on Android
On Android, app-level language settings are available on most devices running Android 13 or later. If your device uses an earlier version, the app language typically follows your system language.
For Android 13 or Later:
Open the Settings app on your Android device.
Tap System (or General Management, depending on your device).
Select Languages & input.
Tap App languages.
Choose Meter App from the list.
Select your preferred language.
For Android 12 or Earlier:
The app will use your device language automatically. To change it:
Open Settings.
Go to System → Languages & input → Languages.
Add or select your preferred language.
Reopen the app to apply the change.
Still Need Help?

GPS/map not recovering after tunnels (Android)
If the map freezes after entering a tunnel and does not recover after exiting (even with Location set to “Allow all the time” and battery optimization disabled), please contact support with your Android version and Meter App version so we can investigate a potential regression.
Updated guidance for startup crashes
If the Meter App does not open at all on Android (startup crash), collect device model, Android version, app version, and whether reinstall/update was already attempted. If still failing, escalate to Android engineering immediately with crash severity and account ID.
Where drivers set Online/Offline for Bookings
Add a short section explaining where drivers can find the Online/Offline toggle for Bookings in the iOS/Android app, and what to check if the Bookings tab/toggle is missing (wrong account role, not added to fleet, bookings not enabled for fleet).
Removing sensitive attachments sent to support
If you accidentally send a screenshot to support that contains sensitive information (e.g., card/account digits), reply in the same chat and tell us which digits are visible and which screenshot it is. Our team will help request redaction/removal from the support thread. Note: screenshots saved on your phone must be deleted from the Photos app.
