What this screen does
Shows all members in the current fleet with their role and contact details.
Lets owners/admins update member roles.
Lets owners/admins remove non-owner members from the fleet.
Shows pending and historical fleet invitations.
Lets owners/admins send invite links and cancel pending invitations.
Shows membership history events for auditing role/member changes.
How to get here
Web: From the main navigation, open Fleet → Members.
Mobile apps: The full fleet-member management table is web-only.

Key actions
Invite a new member: Select Invite User, fill email/role, then send.
Copy invite link: In the Invitations table, select Copy Link for a pending invite.
Cancel an invite: In the Invitations table, select Cancel on a pending invite and confirm.
Change a member role: Use the role selector in the member row (owner row is fixed).
Remove a member: Select the remove action in a member row and confirm.
Permissions & entitlements
Roles:
Owners/Admins can access this page and manage members/invitations.
Drivers/members are redirected away from this screen.
Plan gating: Fleet entitlement required; otherwise fleet paywall behavior applies.
Feature flags: None.
Edge cases & gotchas
Owners cannot be removed from the fleet on this screen.
Cancel is only shown for pending, non-expired invitations.
If an invitation is no longer pending (already accepted/expired), cancel fails and the table must be refreshed.
Copy/cancel actions are disabled while a cancel request is in flight.
Troubleshooting checklist
Can’t access this page? Confirm your role is owner/admin.
Invite not appearing? Refresh the page and check invitation filters/status.
Cancel action failed? Verify the invitation is still pending and not already accepted/expired.
Role change/remove not working? Confirm your account still has admin/owner privileges.
