How to Fill Out Your Vehicle Information and tax ID on Meter

If you are a driver using the Meter app, you need to enter your vehicle information to ensure that your details appear correctly on receipts. This guide will walk you through filling out the vehicle information form

Where to Access the Form

To fill out or update your vehicle details, visit your account settings on Meter at: https://www.meterapp.co/account

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. License Plate

    • Enter your vehicle's license plate number. This is required to identify your vehicle.

    • Example: 1234-544

  2. Car Year

    • Select the year your vehicle was manufactured.

    • Use the dropdown menu to choose the correct year.

    • Example: 2019

  3. Car Make

    • Select the brand of your vehicle from the dropdown list.

    • Example: Audi

  4. Car Model

    • Choose your vehicle’s model from the dropdown list.

    • Example: A6

  5. Tax ID (Optional)

    • If required in your city, enter your Tax ID.

    • This Tax ID will appear on receipts.

    • Example: 1234

  6. Tax ID Type

    • Choose the correct Tax ID type from the dropdown list.

    • Example: GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number)

  7. Submit

    • Once all fields are filled out correctly, click the Submit button to save your details.

Notes

  • Your vehicle details will be displayed on receipts for customer transparency.

  • Some cities may require a Tax ID on receipts, so ensure you enter the correct details if applicable.

  • You can always update this information by revisiting your account page.
